The Chanticleer International Book Awards Blue Ribbon Competitions discover outstanding works and recognize emerging new talent in today's era of unbounded publishing. Submissions to CBR Blue Ribbons Awards are received from around the world. Entries hail from the United Kingdom, Germany, Malta, Italy, Spain, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, the United States, Iceland, and more. Chanticleer's Book Awards program is truly international in scope. Thank you!  We email out the list of each round of a Division's Level of Achievement is posted to the website.  Judging Rounds for Each Division: As of 2021, we have 16 Fiction divisions and 7 Non-Fiction divisions of the annual Chanticleer International Book Awards (the CIBAs) along with the Short Story Awards and the much requested Fiction Series Awards. Chanticleer Book Reviews & Media has very little fine print aka "Terms and Conditions" for our Writing Contests and Book Awards. You must be over 18 years of age to enter Chanticleer Book Reviews writing competitions. COPYRIGHTS: Authors and Publishers retain sole rights to any works submitted to Chanticleer Reviews writing contests and competitions. Simple. We are not a publisher. We do not acquire the  publish rights of winning titles. Although, publishers and literary agents are interested in knowing about our winning titles and authors. REVIEW PRIZES: Grand Prize and 1st Place Category winners  prior to the  2020 CIBAs will receive a review of the winning title. If a manuscript was submitted, then it may be reviewed when the work is ready to publish. After the 2022 CIBAs, only the Fiction and Non-Fiction Grand Prize Winners will receive an Exclusive Chanticleer Book Review Package and Author Interview along with e-newsletter and social media promotion (Valued at $795). The Overall Grand Prize Winner for Best Book will receive all of this plus a $1,000 cash prize. CBR retains the right to publish our reviews of winning titles and any no-fee reviews.
