The 2025 Chanticleer Authors Conference and the 2024 Chanticleer International Book Awards (The CIBAs) Ceremony & Banquet will take place at the Bellingham Yacht Club located at Squalicum Harbor, Bellingham, Wash. This fabulous event will start on Thursday, April 3rd, with Master Classes and goes through Sunday, April 6th, 2025, culminating with the Chanticleer Book Fair at Village Books, Fairhaven.
This evening pass is only for the Saturday evening CIBA Ceremony & Banquet event.

REGISTRATION PACKAGE with Awards Banquet and Cocktail Party on Saturday, April 5th, 2025.*
Saturday Banquet Only Pass includes the CIBA Ceremony and Banquet along with the Cocktail party in honor of the 2024 CIBAs. The 2024 CIBA ceremony and banquet is underwritten by the 2025 Chanticleer Authors Conference.
- Dinner Check-in is 5 p.m. on Saturday, April 20, 2025 at the Bellingham Yacht Club. Please look for the Chanticleer registration desk at the entrance of the BYC. Marina Ballroom. Your meal selection tickets will be there for you to pick up and display where you are seated.
- You will receive your 2024 CIBA Ceremony Guide, name tag, and meal selection designators when you check in at the Chanticleer Registration Desk at the BYC Marina Ballroom. Reservations and Registrations must be made in advance of March 10, 2025. FIRM.
$250 per 2024 CIBA participant main person and $175 per guest of registering attendee.
- Saturday Awards Banquet & Ceremony hosted by CAC25.
- Saturday Cocktail Party - Cash Bar opens at 5:30. Credit cards are accepted. Cocktails, Beer, & Wine along with non-alcoholic selections will be available for purchase. Bar is open at 5:30 with last call at 1:30 a.m.
- Passed Appetizers at 6 p.m. in the BYC Bar/Lounge
- Headshots/Author Photos (5:30 until 7 p.m.) and Photo Opportunities with FREE Digital Downloads from TreeHouse Photography by Dwayne Rogge. Photography will continue with the CIBA ceremony. Photos will be available for complimentary digital downloading. Prints may also be ordered for a fee.
- Dinner Seating in the BYC Mariner Ballroom at 7 p.m. starting with the Seated Salad Service. Dinner service includes coffee, decaf, tea, and water. Rolls & Butter
- Seated Dinner service starts approximately at 7:30 p.m. We will email all registered attendees about menu choices in Mid-March 2025.
- The 2024 CIBA Ceremony will start approximately at 8:30 o'clock in the evening.
- Option to bring a dinner guest at the discounted rate of $175.00 - advanced registration required.
- Join us for the After Party in the BYC Bar & Lounge until late.
