The 2025 Chanticleer Authors Conference and the 2024 CIBA Ceremony and Banquet will be held at the
Bellingham Yacht Club Event Center at Squalicum Harbor, Bellingham, Wash.
The 2025 FULL CONFERENCE PASS -Chanticleer Book Reviews Authors Conference and Awards Ceremony and Banquet, and a Book Fair will take place in Bellingham, Wash. on April 3 - 6, 2025
- Master Classes on Thursday, April 3rd, 2025 * Fee discounted for Full Pass attendees. EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT
- Conference Sessions on Friday and Saturday, April 4th & 5th, 2025 - Lunches and Dinners included with coffee, tea, and snacks.
- The 2024 Chanticleer Int'l Book Awards Ceremony and Seated Banquet will be held on Saturday evening, April 5th, 2025
- The Books by the Bay Book Fair will be held on Sunday, April 6th noon to 5 p.m. at Village Books Bookstore, Fairhaven Village, Bellingham, Wash. We will contact you with more information after receiving your registration.

- Master Classes - $125.00 for Registered CAC25 attendees and Companion Passes. Early Bird Discounted Rate: $100
- A la carte Master Classes are $175.00 for those not attending CAC25.

- IF you double register by accident and you want a refund for the duplication, please know that you will be responsible for all merchant fees, PayPal fees, etc. We are charged for all transactions coming and going, so we will pass these charges on. Unfortunately, we have incurred an egregious amount of processing fees when handling returns and refunds for duplicate orders. Thank you for understanding.
